KUALA LUMPUR, June 25 (Bernama) -- Former Chief Justice Tun Mohd Eusoff Chin today applied for a judicial review to strike off whole or part of the report of the Royal Commission of Inquiry into the V.K. Lingam video clip on grounds that the inquiry was conducted in an unfair, prejudiced and biased manner.
He also sought a court order, costs and other relief deemed fit. . . more
Lawyer Datuk V.K. Lingam and tycoon Tan Sri Vincent Tan had filed a similar application on Monday, followed by Umno secretary-general Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor, Tuesday.
